    Low quality on .mpg to .mov conversion

    I have converted several mpeg movies to the Quicktime format using Quicktime Pro and have had poor quality in the resulting Quicktime movie. I tried turning up the quality all the way up and it is still noticeably lower. What am I doing wrong?
