We have the BCMS, and is does give out reports. However it calulates the average time an agent spends with a certain VCD. Is there anyway to get statistics from the switch. LUCENT DEFINITY systems
I need to access Lucents historical data on the switch. However, when I go to access it through bcms, it will only give me averages of the calls per agent. I do not need averages, I need the data before the averages are taken. Is there a way I can access the database, before the switch starts...- ACURA
