    Its seems I found an issue for that error. Image processed from OS4K was fine. After I tried to reflash STMIX board as I mentioned it always stops with Error : ERROR: Partition 1 is expected to be gone. Then I exchange mSATA storage of type SQF-SHMM1-32G-SBC with new one and now reflash works...
