I have configured line appearance (for two line because i have only one bri) on all the digital phones. The problem is that when an external call arrives all the phones with line appearance configured rings even if they are not in main group. How can I do to make those phone not ringing...

Since I have upgraded to release 3 I cannot hear the busy tone for internal calls (when the called user is already calling). On the called phone will lamp the b= line and the calling user hear free tone. How can I do? Thanks

I'm not able to heard the busy tone on an internal call: User A is calling; when user B calls user A, it hear free tone (and user B will see the call on call appearance b=). This appens since we have upgraded to release 3. How can I make the busy tone? Thanks
