Tried tip and no success, however I can go to my favorites and get online. Any other suggestions?- abiff

Internet Explorer will not start to let me online
My internet explorer (Ver, 6.0)brower will not start. I can double click icon and hour glass will work for about 10 sec. and then nothing happens. Can someon please advise?- abiff
