I downloaded winsock fix and ran it. I found 1140 errors, but without registering it could only fix 1 error. I'm not sure what result I was supposed to get by running that.

The workgroup name is the same throughout our system (MSHOME) including the computer which is having trouble connecting. I'll have to check out some of those sites listed above when I get a few minutes.
