I am missing Instmsi.msi; Msiinst.exe; and, Ms1s31.dll. There are not on my hard drive and I can't find them on my Windows 98SE disc. Can someone please tell me the exact location from which I could download these specific files or could someone email to me? John

I am using Windows 98. I can no longer print from Explorer and from some Outlook 2000 functions. If I want to print, I have to copy and paste in MS Word. This may have happened, I believe, after updating programs from MS or perhaps from running the SystemSuite 4.0 utility. Any suggestions? John

Latefersupper: I followed your instructions but at # 5 I did not show 'CV4 Class'. Mine says CV3 Class which I left alone. MS Security downloads still did not run. Did you mean to delete CV3 Class? John

The joke is on me. MS tells me that I have two critical security updates but they won't download. I get as far as the Agree to Terms window but not beyond. I am using Explorer 6. I have tried many times at all hours of the night and day but still no download. Ideas anyone. Thanks. John

I do not receive an error message. Sometimes the printing screen flashes for a moment then nothing even after a long wait. The auto-select was on. Since I posted I also reinstalled Explorer 6. Still same problem. John

I can no longer print out any web pages and from 'Drafts' and 'Sent' parts in Outlook. I am not sure if these problems are linked to recently having installed MS security updates or not. I have tried reinstalling both programs but it makes no difference. Pinter works fine for other applications...

Is there any way to prevent Windows from replacing unique icons with the MS logo? I find that really annoying because it makes finding my Favorites somewhat more difficult. JB
