I tried the copy and paste function and i get the same grayed out save as type area. I am at a loss and have so many that need recreated if i start now it will take me about a year to redo them all in 97.- AAWood

When i create a template in Word 2000 and then try to convert it back to Word 97 i run into some problems. When you fill the template out in Word and then try to do a Save As it will not let you save the file as a .doc only as .dot. I don't want to save the changes made in the template as my...- AAWood
