    Go into the process control manager and make sure that process is running. Cisco's web site is very informative about bugs and should have solutions to most of your questions. Good Luck...

    Number 1, under Server Confih, look for the folder that has the right explained. Number 2, the only answer I know is that is the way you have to install it.
