    Thanks! It must be either my keyboard, usb-c cable, or adapter that is causing the issue as I can't get the keyboard to be recognized.... Although it may be possible that they locked down the port too, I'm not all that familiar with these vantage devices.

    The message count in vmpro stayed the same, but oddly enough the size went up. I'll check the debug and sysmon. Thanks for that recommendation. I just find it strange that this just started to happen when there hasn't been any major change (upgrade to 9.1.12 about 6 months ago.

    Your mileage may vary, but when we applied the patch to 9608s to fix low volume on headsets on 11.0.4 it appeared to break the busy/available lights on the sidecar. I'm not sure if anyone else experienced that, and it might have just been a coincidence.
