I did some more playing around with this today, adding netbios over tcp/ip support to my home pc and work server, and adding a WINS server at work with a static route to the static IP address of the server. I've setup a VPN tunnel between my home and office. The tunnel is working (according to the logs) and renegotiating keys every 3600 seconds. I think I have a network problem and I'm stumped.
