Hello again, I was wondering if anyone here knows how to modify the prompts in voicemail? When an outside caller gets voicemail, they can press 1 for shipping, 2 for sales, etc. I would like to configure a button.. lets say 5 to dial extension 210. How would I program this? Thanks!!
