Approach cannot open a file
I'm new to Lotus Approach. Recently someone brought to my attention that a user couldn't open a particular file that he had no problems whatsoever opening before. How do I copy the company address book onto remote users?
I'm running on Lotus Notes R5. How do I copy permanently the company address book onto remote users' laptops and their personal address book who only dial-in from outside to replicate their e-mail?
