Hi Can anyone tell me if it is possible to post data about NOT answered calls in a logfile (like smdr/cil) or direct into a database using MD110 BC12? I would like to know the a-number of every incoming phonecall that has not been able to talk to us, even if they have ended up in a ACD-queue...

No, you do not have to set lcldi at all. I didnt, and outgoing calls are not blocked.
