Im hoping to change over to ISIG from EURO, i can do a chg on rdb pretty easily, but i cant do a CHG on ADAN can i? whats the easiest way for me to change over to ISIG with minimum fuss/downtime. I only have one PRI card in the system.

Your exchnage server is flooding the DSL line at it's max 256k which will kill most DSL lines, you need to setup QOS on your router to slow down the smtp traffic.
