NOrtel BCM and Caller ID
Hello All. We have a PRI T1 that all of our DID calls travel over (in and out).We have caller ID function if I were to get a call at my desk. However, we do not have caller ID function if I am on a call and a second call comes in on the roll-over line. My vendor says this is "normal" and BCM...- 7432206
