Hi
If I call a mobile then my call follows the correct ARS etc and goes out on Route Pattern Pref 1 as it should
If I put a call fwd on and for some reason the call goes over Pref 2
I have checked CORS etc and all looks good
Any ideas anyone please ?

Is it possible to replace the TN2400 while the cabinet is still powered up?
I have only ever replaced control cards while the system is powered down but was just wondering why control cards are not "hot swappable
I have a V10 G3r connected to a Vega Digital Gateway via Qsig, this connects to a soft pbx and services sip handsets
The problem I have is that I can call-forward from a handset on my G3r to a sip phone and connect when I call in externaly to the G3r via the isdn trunks

I have checked the documents for the s8710 dimensions (3.4in high x 17.5in wide x 26in deep) and assume that an 800mm x 800mm cabinet will suffice.
However I have been told a special "server" rack is required due to the depth of the s8710 severs
Can anyone confirm if a standard 800mm x 800mm...
I've had this on s8300/G700 before, I never managed to clear the alarm
"show faults" was clear, and there were no alarms in linux or CM either
I upgraded all firmware and restarted the system, alarm still re-appeared.
Avaya will always tell you to upgrade firmware and service packs before they investigate an issue but otherwise I don't upgrade firmware just for the sake of it.
If I "list fiber-link" I get "MISMATCH" next to one of the links, the primary facilities are all "B" apart from 1.
Does the mismatch come from the different primary facilites, if so can I set them all to "A" by busying the links?
you can reuse passwords but not consecutively
If for example you set your password to "password1"
you would have to change it a couple of times before you can reuse "password1"
what address are you browsing to?
Are you connecting across the customer LAN or from the Services port?
Can you ping the address?
Do you get any error messages?
