    Recovering Outlook Express .dbx files

    The easiest, yet inelegant, solution to this problem is: 1. Create the lost subfolder in your Outlook Express Inbox. 2. Find the newly created subfolder(dbx) and swap the file names old and new. The names will probably be "mailfolder" and "mailfolder(1)".
