    Well, I connected to it with the alchemy monitor and it says: "Monitor Started...blah blah...ARGENT BRANCH 2.2(65)" Is it really 1000+ revions behind? Like I said it has been sitting there redundant for a few years.... Remember that this is not an ip office but the older network alchemy.

    I have had everything unplugged except the power and still experienced the same problem. I will check the software version and reply back.
