The problem is on the server. I Called Oracle and after installing the proper VERSION of pdf reader (with their help), report (consolidated sales report is the test report) is at least being generated. MICROS 3700 no data in reports
We got a prompt that we needed to install adobe acrobat to view PDF reports. Acrobat was installed and now we get blank reports. No data. It doesn't matter what the date range we choose. How can we verify that the database hasn't been corrupted and still has usable data? Thanks!- 2Flying_fingers
