Thanks for verifying this idstech. The reason why i'm asking this is to check for utilization and for link maintenance wherein we have to bring one of the ports down but would not know if traffic is passing through it or not.

We have a remote EPN with ports A to D active and using T1s as the fiber link. Since this is not a trunk group, how do we monitor the traffic on the DS1c? how would i know if the traffic is on T1 Port A? or does the traffic go from Port A to D?

In your experience, which is most reliable to use for connecting to NICE? CentreVu Computer Telephony (CVCT) or CTConnect? CTconnect is from another vendor right? while CVCT is from Avaya. Cheers.

Any alarm in general. But like the cdr1-alarm, i was wondering why Avaya removed the ds1-alarm on newer versions :(

On Avaya G3R v6, there is this very helpful feature button on the phone to quickly check if your T1/E1s are down. This is the ds1-alarm button. However, on version 9 and above, i can't see this feature button available? Any ideas if this has been renamed to another name or if another feature...
