CAUSE: This behavior can occur if the server does not have that specific printer driver loaded. Because of this, the printer driver is unknown. RESOLUTION: To resolve this issue, install the printer driver on the client workstation from the printer driver installation disk. Yoosif Alnatur...- 2828
