Sorry for the delay. I got a little side tracked. I've been tryin to use the ld 80 feature but running into some problems I keep getting the TRA306 error. This is what I'm entering, this is correct right?

I don't know if you found a solution to your problem but can put all the phone is a call group and use F75 (Pickup Group) or if you don't want them in a group use F76 (Call Pickup Directed) which case you would pick a call from a users phone by dialing their extension after entering the feature.
I got one for ya'll. I have a 2008 phone on an 11 that periodically becomes inactive. Displays "On" but the phone is unusable. And after about 10 minutes becomes active. I started monitoring the phone in LD 32 and it never goes to DSBL it remains Enlb and Idle. If you call it you hearing ringing...
I tried hitting the "enter" a couple of times and putting in the password. Also tried entering the password and then hitting the "enter" a couple of times still no change.
I wouldn't be suprised that I haven't locked the port by now.
Hmm... Well I have to question that I was given the right password then. Sounds like I may be stuck waiting on the vendor calling me back and verifing the password.

Ok. I figured out what was going on.
I found out that you can advance the clocks manually to check that your system is running right. But the system will always revert the time back one hour upon doing so. It appears to be taking the daylight savings time into consideration and overriding your...
That doesn't make any sense.
The clock should advance and show the correct time regardless of how it's done. And that still doesn't explain why it only showed on internally and not on the phones.
