Late response, but I did install the tapit with SMDR6. Works great. Had SMDR6 Set for 115200 but the pc with Tapit could not run faster than 9600. It is as close to "plug and play" as you get.
You could also try tap-it software. It works on many systems, and they offer great tech support. I will be installing it on an MICS w/call pilot 150. I will post the results.
I have an MICS w/Call Pilot 150. I have programmed several phones with the call record feature(989). Is there any way to turn off the recording that says "this call is being recorded" and use a beep in its place?
I have been in the same situation recently, and was advised by a "source" to make sure I was not at 2.1.15, so I went up to 24 and had no problems. I upgraded before the swap.
We are using a cisco678 router with adsl. I do believe I am on the correct track now with the above help. I will post an update next week just incase any one is interested.
