I have a user that is saying messages are being left in the voice mail box for an ACD queue that are not showing up for hours. This is not just a matter of the light not coming on but that the message is (supposedly) not there. Has anyone had this problem or know what to do about it?

First you have to have a music route data block.
Second you need a trunk built on a universal trunk card.
Then you can attach the speaker out from your player to the TN you built as the trunk.
Looking at previous posts I see that reloading MM 13 from the install tape allows the change of admin and tools passwords. Will reloading from a backup tape allow the same? That's all I've got.
