I also have a VUStats question. I need each agent to view the total extension out calls they have since login.
The extension-out-calls is an agent data type.
I have tried many ways but the stats clear after 60 min.
Can anyone shed some light on this.

Are you using CTI? If so, you will need to check the skill assigned to the agent in CTI. IF the skill is wrong the agent will get logged out after X amount of calls.
We are using Sixth Sense as our desktop set-up.
