how do i change the cp 100 from 3 to 2 digit

i just installed a c p 3.0 i can get in to programing f983 but the pswd is 102 and my 3 x 8 is 2 digit ext do i do a reinstall?

i took the flash and hooked it up on mics 6.1 and came up working just want come up on the 3x8

my ksu is dr5 3 x 8 two didgit ext# and the flash was 3 so i did the reinstall now nothing working

f 903 is inactive

did a reinstall on the flash no feature codes working what do i do

does anybody know if the call can be answered by music first then a greeting can not seem to get this to work when i set it to dist for step 1 it rings at the console if set for greeting it works the customer wants there clients to here the comercial before they answer phone is this possible?

1 forced greeting then 30 seconds of comercial then 2nd greeting set for forced if agents ava they do not get comercial how can i make this work? i want the customer calling in to hear at least 30 seconds of comercial before call is answered

if the cdn mail box is 240 how can i associate with ext# so customer knows there are messages in mail box?
