Did you ever figure out an answer to this issue? I have a user experiencing the same thing. I had her re-install the ICA Client and it fixed the problem for about a week and then it came up again. Updating Contacts in Distribution Lists in Outlook 2002
Currently, if you update a contact's information and they are in multiple distribution lists, you have to go to each list and click the Update Now button.
