    Thanks for your response.. We are using Citrix Metaframe XPe and the o/s of the citrix servers is windows 2000. I have noticed one more thing, generally those printers remains, who connected the server by RDP.

    Hi, I am facing a new problem..If I do rdp to any of the citrix servers from citrix session, then if I try to log off from that server, it is giving an error message "Unable to log off citrix server.Please manually close connection and continue". Then I have to close the connection...
