I installed the 60Gb IDE HDD, istalled a fresh WinXP, istalled the drivers, aplication etc... and then I run the tuner Tv aplication, transfer betwen HDD etc. I don't understand what do you mean by "Your issues have to do with your license for XP". And all the other aplication works...
