If I understand correctly, you are placing a vector graphic into pagemaker and printig from pagemaker without converting to pdf.
If that is the case the problem could be that your printer does not print vector graphics. (generally eps or ps file types.)
Check your printer specs to make sure...

I have heard that SSI is the way to set up menues because there is only one file to update. I would like to create a side menu with drop down or sliding menu layout using SSI. However, I don't know how to set up the external menu file or how to call the file. Any and all help would be appreciated.

You asked which program you should use. The one that I would recommend is called HTML kit. it is relativly cheap and it works wonders. I have been using it for some time now and i find that i am never disappointed. It works for frames, html, css, js files just to name a few.
To get this program...

I use screen shots a lot in my documentation. Although pasting directly into a document works well the problem I find is periodically you have to use the same screen shot in a few different locations in the document. (I don't like to refer users back to a page. It becomes to hard to follow the...
I've had the same type of thing happen if my machine locked up and I had to use alt ctrl delete to get out of excel or word and tried to go back in without rebooting my system.
what message are you getting? I know the one thing I had to remember when I started placing pdf files into pagemaker was to close the pdf file in writer or reader before I placed it into page maker. If I placed a file into pagemaker when it was open all that would show on the screen is a blank...

In my opinion it is better to convert to cmyk and to check out the colours right off. CMYK and RGB are different and after conversion you will have differences. To try to get as close to the colour you want change them yourself and if you have a high quality colour printer print it to see what...

Thanks
