Does any one know the part number for the "short" ribbon cable for the AOM for a M2616? I can't find it anywhere in the Succesion 3.0 CD. I can't find a lot of part numbers for that matter in the CD. I have a NT2K03BA which is the longer cable.
Thanks, I assumed since our call accounting vendor sold us 13 call buffer boxes that we needed these. I guess we'll be saving some mnoney then. I did read up in the call detail records section of the CD and
I have a 9 pin connection for my I/O port on the call accounting buffer box I need to connect to my BCM 400. How does the physical connection work? On my PBX I just plug my 25 pin modem cable in to my I/O port and the other end (9 pin) in to the buffer box, but I've never done this with a BCM...
Thanks, I didn't think to try the My Call Pilot option, I'll try that tonight. And the VPN/SSL works with SP-1 but not SP-2? Once I get the updated version I'll try this also.
Version 2.05.06.17 and yes, I think there is a newer build, I'm waiting for my vendor to burn me a copy so that I can test this. Nortel tells me there are no issues with the version I have though.

I am getting an error when trying to add a 5 digit extension number. I thought I'd try this to prevent duplicate rollovers in an attempt to network all my sites with 4 digit dialing. I'm getting SCH 0371 which is a "shorte DN exists", do I have to use a complete range that is not currently being...
Does anyone know of a way to block a specific phone number coming in to the PBX? I have 4 PRI circuits all built as one incoming hunt group from the carrier. We are getting harrassing phone calls from one number and I would like to block it...
On Coniglio's problem, I would also make sure the amphenol cable on the backplane is seated properly, if this gets cocked out just a bit it may cause the problems you're having.
Is there any way of syncing the time to the time.gov website? I notice since my upgrade to Succession 4.0 every few weeks I need to change the time on the PBX to match the PC's here? The PC's always are correct...
These users/phones are programmed in hunt group 1 and the i2004 phone is set to SM=yes. Also the phones that the i2004 phone is monitoring are T7208 phones, but this should matter becasue the only phone doing the monitoring is the i2004 phone. She puts in f550 and then the default password...
