How to use line appearance keys on IP office

Example legacy setup:
Phones with line appearances will ring according to the line ring settings for that line.
They do not need to be included in hunt 200 main to ring. Call appearance buttons become essentially intercom buttons only and can be named accordingly.
Call park buttons not required but can be used in the legacy type setup.
9500 series set will display caller id on the line appearance key and on the call appearance key simultaneously if the set is in hunt 200 and line appearance is set to ring.
It is best not to set up a extension in the hunt main group because the intercom keys stay in use while on an external call instead of defaulting to the line button.
Taking extension out of main hunt 200 will allow external calls to default to the line button after being answered instead of staying on the intercom. This frees the intercom
buttons for intercom calls.

Call park and call appearance hunt group 200 setup:
Phones with no line appearance need to be in hunt 200 main in order to ring on the call appearance buttons assigned.
If line buttons are used you can set no ring on the line and they will not display caller id on line buttons on 9500 sets. You can use line buttons to make calls but I have not
found a way to make line buttons the line preference. The system defaults to call appearance buttons for line preference which results in the dial 9 to call out or push the line
button and dial without the 9.
