Where to look for "Leading Digits" when your denied from changing DN's or adding digits elsewhere by curlycord
Posted: 3 Dec 18 (Edited 15 Mar 19)

A couple common examples are where you try to change the digits but you cannot:
-You want to change a DN range's leading digit such as X221-299 to X621-699
-You want to setup a Destination code of any digit/s

Look under these headings:
Telephony/Sets/All DN's
Telephony/Lines/TargetLines/Received Digits
Telephony/DialingPlan/General/AcessCodes- Park Prefix
Telephony/DialingPlan/General/AcessCodes- External Code
Telephony/DialingPlan/General/Direct Dial- Direct Dial Digit
Telephony/DialingPlan/Line Pools Codes
Telephony/DialingPlan/Routing/Destination Codes
