Point of sale systems FAQ

Micros 3700

Reports are showing that BusyBox is not defined when running by Moregelen
Posted: 1 Sep 17 (Edited 1 Sep 17)

This is a result of Static Content not being enabled for IIS; when static content is not enabled for IIS, files such as images, html files, js files, etc are not properly served. The BusyBox is defined in a javascript file located in :\Micros\Common\ReportViewer\RptViewer.js

To fix this issue enable Static Content:

  • Open control panel
  • Go to programs and features (or add/remove programs)
  • Click turn windows features on/off
  • Navigate to Internet Information Services > World wide web services > common http features
