BCM Network backup resolved

Ok if your having problems backing up your BCM50/450/etc to a share network folder on a windows PC somewhere.... then please visit the avaya support site and go to the PLDS section and download the SAMBA.zip file. this patch was written specifically to address issues with doing backups across the network. Just download the samba.zip specific to your software version and install the patch to your BCM. The system will reboot and 10 minutes later when it comes back online, you should be able to perform network backups. Hope this helps
