All patches are only available through your local authorized vendor/partners who have special access to the Avaya portal, the public does not have access.

Patches are not available from, through or via Tek-Tips.com

The listings here will show the latest patches only based on your system and release so that you may determine if your system is up to date.


Avaya currently only updates patches for:
BCM 50 releases 6
BCM 450 releases 6
[highlight #FCE94F]This is in effect until October 2015[/highlight], or 2018 if you have a service contract with Avaya through your vendor.

All others are no longer supported for updates.

1.x.x.x.x = BCM50/BCM450 R1
2.x.x.x.x = BCM50/ R2
4.x.x.x.x = BCM200/BCM400 R4
6.x.x.x.x = BCM50/ R3
9.x.x.x.x = BCM50/BCM450 R5
10.x.x.x.x = BCM50/BCM450 R6
