1) Add Agent State (Q)T to your Agents Real Time View
2) Click on the New Stat, and select settings
3) Select Busy NA and select the State threshold to 1.
4) Click Update
5) Move your Queues / Queue Stats etc selection menu away
Dont forget to set your reason codes on the System TAB / CCR
Now you can run Alarm reports for BUSY NA Reason Codes!
