To install and wire:
Music On Hold (MOH) / Avaya Magic On Hold û Install and Wire to 110/66 Block on Analog Port.

For splicing from 66 block to 600 OHM, take RJ11 cable, splice off coating.
ò    Clip away yellow and black.
ò    Strip Green and Red down to copper.
ò    Cut off 1 side of black OHM cable, strip down to copper and also strip down to copper on white wire (keep separated)
ò    Splice together red to (black) copper OHM cable, green to white, use screw nuts (or crimp) to secure & wrap with electrical tape.

To play different music based on inbound number or station:
This requires a secondary music source.  I believe there is a limit to the number of music sources you can have, IÆve heard itÆs 250 but donÆt quote me û my system allows for 100.

Solution is Tennant Partitioning. - - If you add a 2nd music source you can have it play for all calls that go to a certain VDN (as well as subsequent stations that answer the calls that routed through that VDN)  Or you can just play the different music on certain stations.

If you setup a new tenant and assign it to the VDN, then for queuing with music and agent pressing ôHOLDö they will hear the MOH for that VDN/Tenant.

ò    PBX Command: ôchange musicö (Add analog port number and description)
