Pop-Up date retrieval calendar by jimmythegeek
Posted: 10 Apr 01 (Edited 17 Oct 06)

Looking for a calendar that pops up and allows the user to pick a date and then populates a given field with that date?

Microsoft has an ActiveX control, but I have found you can run into trouble with registering ActiveX controls on user's machines, actually, lots of headaches. So, I created one using a normal form. It is simple to use, and simple to implement, and I like the navigation better than Microsoft's control anyway (and I'm totally unbiased).

The zip file can be downloaded from the following website:

(Thank you to Jeff Wigal)

If you have trouble dowloading it, e-mail me, and I will send it to you. See the readme file for any questions. There are several calendars contained in the zip file.

Thanks for your interest.
