How to restore menus and toolbars by randysmid

A number of people continue to have the problem of not being able to recover the toolbars and menus after releasing an MDB to a user.  Of course, we don't want any users from messing things up, so we remove these items from the released version.  So, here is the simple solution:

Open the database from Windows Explorer, but hold down the Shift key and keep it down until the database is fully loaded.
