CLS (Class of Service) Codes

Note - most CLS codes can be set for [A]llow or [D]eny by changing the last letter of the code appropriately.  E.g. CNDA allows Calling Party Name Display, while CNDD denies display of the Calling Party's Name.

ABDD    Abandoned Call Record and time to answer Denied
ADD    Automatic Digital Display (default)
