Permanently Hide the Office Clipboard Toolbar by shetlandbob

If your like me and go crazy with the office 2000 clipboard toolbar you will be happy to know there is a solution to solve the problem.  I cannot take credit for the solution as I found it by searching through the threads, however I'm sure that it is a common problem so through it'd be better placed in here.
