Novell: ZENworks FAQ

General

Getting answers to your questions by Provogeek
Posted: 14 Mar 05

Have you submited a question and still waiting for someone to answer?  Your question may go with out an answer because you did not provide sufficent information on the problem.

Have you ever gone to the auto shop and purchased a part for your car with out telling them what kind of car you have?  Doesn't work that way, you need to tell them what kind of car you have to you can get the right part for your car.

Same goes with ZenWorks.  You need to let the epxerts here know what version of Zenworks you are working with so we may provide you with an answer.  So when you make your post, please spend a few minutes to provide the version of Zenworks being used, any patches you have applied, and what is the server platform (NetWare or Windows).

Help us help you; the more details you can provide about the problem you are having, the easier it is to help you find the answer.
