Unable To Delete/Move a file then read this. by percent
Posted: 1 Sep 04

I've encontered this problem before it is usually a virus scanning program you are running - below is a list of possible solutions:

*Boot into safe mode by tapping the F8 key after the bios screen goes away(after you boot to safe mode try to delete the file if this does not work try the below

*Download this program:
http://www.sysinternals.com/files/procexpnt.zip
After you download the program you can go to search and type the name of the file that you can't delete/move - once it finds the file(it will show you the program that is currently accessing it)
select were it shows the your files name then right click and go to close handle
then you should beable to move/delete the file
