Why do I get 'The system cannot find the file specified" when I try to run a DTS package on the Server

If you create or amend a DTS package using a client PC with Service pack 3 and the Server is a Service Pack 2 or lower
then you'll get the message "The system cannot find the file specified"

Install SP3 on the server from
http://www.microsoft.com/dowmload/sp3.asp
