MS DOS functions

HotKey to MS-Dos Progs by jnicks

The 9x HotKey only goes to Win32 apps.

If you need to hotkey to a command procedure or older app the following VB5 will let you, just, when you make the icon be sure to put the rest of the command as parameters.

  If 0 = Shell(Command$, 1) Then MsgBox " Could not launch " + Command$
End Sub


Field Use:

We have a Bat file called Cleanit.bat that wipes out caches, cookies, and cetera.

We Ctrl-Alt-B to clean out the temps and cache files.  The cleanit is a list of DelTree's which wipes  out directories.
