Basic Voice Mail Programming

How can I check voicemail channel status on a NAM? by DueE

To check the Voice Channel Status:

1.  Press FEATURE 915
2.  Enter password:  2223772(ACCESS2)
3.  Press NEXT 3 times until Channel Status is displayed
4.  Press SHOW
5.  Press ALL
6.  In this display there are two lines of symbols (16    per line), representing 32 possible channels.

Symbol        Definition of symbol

      .        Installed and functioning,currently idle.
      r        Channel is ringing.
      c        Channel is connected and on an active call.
      a        Connected to the KSU, not activated.
      x        Channel is detected, has connection problem.
      *        No Channel detected.
