Hi,

I have created 2 page application form, which has been
made in HTML using forms.  What I want is when
the user fills in the form and clicks submit
which is on 2nd page, it should mail the details
in the same format to my mail directly from my site.

How do I go about? Do I need Java script and will
the 1st page and 2nd Page details will come to me.

Need Help.

Regards,

Anil

Hi anil,
I am right now working on muliple page application forms.
The best way to go about is in ASP.
I have already posted my question in the ASP forum, and I
 hope that would help you.

If you're not working from the server itself, but rather from a hosted web page, you could use something like http://www.cgifreebies.com which can do this (I'm pretty sure, but I haven't been there in a while).  If you're working from the server, then you should split up the forms on how they're submitted.  On my computer, then would be sent directly to my email address, whatever I define that as, but that's a feature sort of built into Linux.  I haven't really looked into how it works though and don't know how it would work under NT or otherwise.  I use TurboLinux, just so you know what distro I'm using.

Dear Alad,

The IIS server comes with an ActiveX control and it's compatible SMTP server that makes sending email from a web server as easy as tying your shoos… and even easier than spelling shoes!

If you are using that environment go to msdn.microsoft.com and type in the search criteria of <CDONTS mail> and you will find many sample code snips and articles.

Hope this helps
