Hi everyone

I'm new here and i was wondering if you guys could maybe help me.
My boss asked me if i could help him figure out the functions of support desk. The basic functions are clear to us but what we want to do is that when a user sends a message the message will be automatically redirected to the person who is responsible for it. I've been searching for tutorials or anything that could help me on my way but I haven't found anything till now.
Does anyone know where i have to look
